Hello and welcome to our blog site. We have created this blog site to encourage young ladies... "daughters of vision"... in all areas of your lives so that you might receive inspiration and learn to embrace the call that God has on your life.

We have long felt a burden to encourage those of you who may think you are alone in life's battles and need assurance that there are other young ladies who share your struggles but who also share the hope that is found in the Lord!

May God bless you as you read thoughts and ideas on how you can apply the principles found in the Word and find the full richness of Gods blessing on your life.

Tara, Kelly and Elizabeth

Dear Tara-

I wanted to let you know about a new company that may be of interest to you and your readers. Christa Taylor is a 20 year old Christian designer dedicated to producing high quality chic and trendy clothing that allows women to be fashionable without being suggestive. She resounding rejects the notion that modesty must be frumpy and has set out to disprove that notion through her clothing line. Christa operates her business as a family enterprise involving two brothers, her father and two sisters. She is also committed to donating at least 5% of her sales to the poor and towards advancing social justice around the world. You can find her site at http://www.christa-taylor.com. We would love for you to check us out and possibly list us a resource on your site. Thanks for your time and consideration.

Stephen Taylor

Tara, What a lovely site!!! You are a huge encouragement to us girls. Love, Heidi

Hi Tara,

I came across this great blog you created last night. I've enjoyed reading your posts and specially the one about shyness because I can really relate to it. Thanks a lot for the encouragement!

Keep up the great thing you're doing for the Lord and your fellow sisters in Christ. I'm looking forward to continue reading those i haven't read and the ones that are to come.

God bless you,

Dear Daughter of vision,
Me and my mom just found your blog and we love it.You are obviously blessing many, many, young maidens of the Lord.
I am so blessed by older young woman who are doing what the Lord has planned for them to do in thier "waiting" years instead of flaunting around doing nothing.

Thank you for witnessing to others.

Wow Kendra, Thank you so much for the encouragement! Sometimes, for a few brief moments, it can seem hard to stand firm and just do what's right as the Lord leads, but He is always faithful and certainly works through encouragement from people like you. Tara and Kelly

From a Canadian Muslim girl :
A wonderful website you have got here !!!...It reminds me of the happy times I had with my relatives not long ago. You guys have inspired me with your modest clothings, a wonderful family life and oh nice cookings and baking :)
As a Muslim , my mum and I admired your way of lifestyle very much, we pretty much have same values for our daily lives. I hope to see more of your postings!
May Allah Bless You in this life and hereafter

What a lovely goal and blog. =) I know the LORD has used you, Miss Tara--keep shining your light for Him! I, too, admire you for your modest and feminine appearance. There is not enough of that in this world, but with Yaweh's help,we can shine through!

May He Bless.

In Christ,

Hello there! I had no idea you had a blog! I found your blog in a rather unusual way! While I was browsing through a perfect stranger's blogroll, I decided the title "Daughters of Vision" sounded quite promising, so I clicked on it. When the picture popped up, I immediately knew it was you guys! Small world huh?

I am so glad I can keep up with you online even though you live so far away now. I saw the pictures of your wedding & it just BEAUTIFUL! I am so sorry we could not make it! We had the best intentions... but alas, it just did not happen :( Well, I hope you take care and I pray that God will richly bless your marriage! Feel free to stop by my blog if you like: http://thelyricalsoul.blogspot.com
