Car Accident

Just wanted to let everyone know that Tara was in a car accident about 4 pm yesterday. She was rear ended pretty hard and the police found the other party to be at fault (they did have insurance).

Thankfully, Carson was at home taking a nap. Tara is doing pretty well over all but does have some back pain. We were able to get her in to our Chiropractor within two hours from the time of the accident and he was able to make some necessary adjustments.

I am very thankful that she is ok and would ask for your prayers for her healing.

Thank you for the update so we can keep Tara in prayer. I am so thankful to hear of how the Lord protected her from much more serious injury (and also Carson). Praise the Lord for His protecting hand! Please keep us updated on how Tara is doing.

We are praying for her! We are so sorry this happened. May the LORD be her strength through her healing!

Hello Jessica,
Yes, the new baby is just fine and Tara is feeling better and better every day. She had some bad back pain, however she just told me that that is going away. We did find out that the lady that rear ended her did not have insurance, so we'll see how that works out. Thank you for your prayers!
Blessings,
Kelly

Hy D.o.Vision...
Hope that Tara is doing better !
I just wanted to share a thought of mine with you:

Scars are sometimes helpful, significant, reminders of something. It is said in Romans that everything works for the good of those who love God ;
And Lord, you know and I know that even my deepest sorrows are working for my good.
The scars that have been printed on my heart are now working for my good and my relationship with the Lord. If the scars and the chains of Paul are still speaking, there must be something in my scars that God is going to work His way. Suffering made the apostles spread the Gospel, suffering and loss compelled Christians to spread the Gospel, and for the joy that was set before Him, Christ endured suffering too.
The scars on the hand of the Lord shall never be removed as a reminder of his love for Us.
They are a reminder, as my past tells me, that something greater than myself carried my all the way.
Heaven tells the glory of God. The deeds are the product of a long way. Good marks are the product of sweat and tears and hard work. A flower is the product of weeks of care and watering.
A woman made of God's hand, whose character and vision are shaped by truth, are not made as easily as a single year in a special school, nor on a 30 days makeover. My scars are not insignificant to God. They are not. I know why I have scars. They are like a necklace to remind me forever that when our affections are not on Christ, HE HURTS, also...When we are cold, and our hearts are away from Him.
